Elin is an Associate in Darwin Gray’s award-winning Commercial Property team and deals with all aspect of commercial property work including acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold property, assisting with new development and site-set ups, residential plot sales and commercial leases. Elin has particular experience dealing with residential property having previously trained and worked for high street firms specialising in residential conveyancing prior to joining Darwin Gray in March 2023.
Elin is based in our Bangor office, North Wales, and is a fluent Welsh speaker and can conduct her work through the medium of both English and in Welsh.
