Our insolvency specialists thoroughly investigated the creditors for the historic bankruptcy. Interest on the debts had accrued significantly because of the time elapsed since the original Order. Our team was able to reach agreements with the creditors and the Official Receiver in relation to most aspects of the annulment application, but arguments had to be put to the Judge hearing the application regarding the interest being claimed.
