The announcement comes following a significant period of success for the firm, including key wins at the Wales Legal Awards 2023.
Nick’s arrival sees the firm expand its already well-established contentious Wills and Probate expertise. Darwin Gray clients will benefit from Nick’s 15 years of experience dealing with a wide range of matters relating to Wills, Probate/Estate Administration, Trusts, Powers of Attorney and the Court of Protection.
Nick’s wealth of knowledge includes particular expertise in dealing with complex estate and probate matters, advising clients with significant assets, and advising those with complicated family, financial and or business circumstances.
On joining Darwin Gray, Nick said: “It is fantastic to have joined Darwin Gray at such an exciting time in the firm’s growth and to be working with such a talented team of people.”
Nick will be working closely with Darwin Gray’s Commercial Litigation team, including Rhodri Lewis and Patrick Murphy, both of whom have expertise in contentious probate disputes.
