Rich is a solicitor in the firm’s Corporate and Commercial team. He qualified as a solicitor in May 2023, working as an in-house lawyer for an international health and safety risk-management company, and is now progressing his career in private practice.
Training and qualifying as a solicitor in-house, Rich has gained a wide-range of experience with numerous commercial client matters: negotiating commercial contracts, data protection compliance, and involvement in a multimillion-pound private equity acquisition.
Rich assists with a range of commercial and corporate matters, and manages with company secretarial duties on behalf of clients.
