Sarah is a hugely experienced Associate in Darwin Gray’s award-winning Commercial Property team. She deals with a wide range of commercial property work including non-contentious landlord and tenant matters, sales and purchases, development projects and secured lending. She acts for and advises a wide variety of clients including sole traders, partnerships, housing associations, charities and limited companies.  Valued for her pragmatic and client-focussed approach, Sarah brings a wealth of experience to the team.

  • Acting for a developer/investor client in a £1.9 million refinancing of their mixed-use portfolio.

  • Advising a London-based professional consultancy partnership in the re-gearing of their office lease post COVID-19.

  • Acting for a soft-drinks retailer in its nationwide expansion, negotiating and agreeing leases in transport hubs across London and city centre outlets in England and Wales.

  • Acting for a financial institution in their £1.4 million secured lending over a serviced apartment block in South West England.
