A Quick Guide to Shareholders’ Agreements

February 3, 2022

By Siobhan Williams

Shareholders are often advised to make a Shareholders’ Agreement in order to regulate the way business between them is conducted. Such agreements are not a legal requirement, but it is nevertheless worth investing your time and money in coming to an agreement in order to offer control, protection and regulate all aspects of the company from management to shareholder disputes.

Download a copy of our Quick Guide here which explains more about shareholders’ agreements and what they should include.

If you would like more information about the above or a related matter, get in touch with Siobhan Williams on swilliams@darwingray.com, or call on 029 2082 9124 for a free, no obligation conversation.
