Shareholders are often advised to make a Shareholders’ Agreement in order to regulate the way business between them is conducted. Such agreements are not a legal requirement, but it is nevertheless worth investing your time and money in coming to an agreement in order to offer control, protection and regulate all aspects of the company from management to shareholder disputes.
