Siobhan began her training in a niche litigation practice before joining Darwin Gray in January 2014 to complete her training contract. Siobhan qualified in March 2015, specialising in our Corporate and Commercial department.
Siobhan regularly deals with a wide range of corporate matters, acting for companies and individuals in connection with incorporation, the preparation of shareholders’ and partnership agreements, advising on dealings with share capital (including share buybacks and share options), and the sale and purchase of businesses.
As a member of Darwin Gray's British Franchise Association affiliated franchising team, Siobhan has acted for both franchisors and franchisees in connection with the drafting and review of franchise agreements, and the sale and purchase of franchise businesses. Her expertise also include dealing with franchising disputes.
With her commercial experience, Siobhan acts for a wide range of clients, including private companies, charities and third sector entities. Siobhan is regularly instructed to review and draft commercial contracts, and often advises on intellectual property issues. Siobhan also advises in relation to lottery and gaming law.
Siobhan also assists with specialist litigation, including construction, intellectual property, professional negligence, procurement, franchising and also banking and finance.
Outside of the office, Siobhan enjoys reading, crochet, and spending time with friends and family.
