Some of the issues she has delivered training on are discrimination law, sickness absence, contracts and handbooks, the Gender Pay Gap, TUPE transfers and handling disciplinaries and grievances. Fflur has also delivered seminars on Equality and Diversity for the Cardiff 20 Twenty Leadership course and on a variety of employment law topics in conjunction with Menter a Busnes.
