Join Darwin Gray and Women in Property for a CPD seminar over breakfast.

The General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) is new legislation aimed at extending the protection of personal and sensitive data. It will take the place of the existing regime under the Data Protection Act 1998. There will be significant penalties for failing to comply with the new rules and therefore you will need to consider the processes and procedures regarding gathering, managing and destroying data, including any third parties that may hold or manage data on your behalf.

This seminar will cover everything you need to know regarding the regulations to prepare you for the changes, including:

- An overview of the GDPR and the changes to data protection

- The new rights of individuals

- Breach & sanctions

- What steps you need to take to prepare for the GDPR

Tea, coffee, juice and a selection of pastries will be provided.

There will also be an opportunity for networking both before and after.

Places are limited, so book early to avoid disappointment!
